My stay at this hotel was wonderful, as it was just a 15-minute stroll to the center of Roussillon and the room had a cute little balcony overlooking a beautiful garden, making it a perfect spot to relax after exploring the area.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. The decor felt outdated, which was disappointing for the price we paid. There was only one kettle available for the entire hotel, and it was locked away after 8 PM, making it difficult to enjoy a cup of tea. Additionally, I felt that there was a lack of staff, which led to long waits for service at reception.

However, the evening check-in procedures felt a bit strict, with the reception closing at 8pm which left me anxious about accessing help if needed. Also, the dinner options were quite limited, only having a single menu that didn’t cater to my dietary preferences. I encountered some confusion with the locking mechanism on the balcony door, making it tricky to secure it.

The hotel is set in a fantastic spot with stunning gardens and a lovely pool that my kids enjoyed. We had a relaxing time on the nice balcony while our baby napped. Free parking was a definite plus for our large family.

My wife says that it would be great if there was a kettle in each room for making tea in the morning.

We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the peaceful location close to the village. The staff were friendly and made check-in easy, and I loved lounging by the pool surrounded by lush gardens.
