The breakfast was excellent, with fresh pastries and local cheeses that highlighted the region's culinary delights.

The check-in process felt a bit stressful, as there seemed to be only one staff member handling both reception and bar duties, which led to delays.

Pleasant and exceptionally comfortable accommodation with stunning setting near restaurants and Ochre Path, and Close enough to the centre of Roussilon to be able to walk. Variety of great options for meal.

Staff were courteous.

The location was great, in a beautiful area, in the great area. We stopped by Glacier Regal for coffee and treats, it was not too far away from the hotel.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful, as it was just a 15-minute stroll to the center of Roussillon and the room had a cute little balcony overlooking a beautiful garden, making it a perfect spot to relax after exploring the area.

i stayed in this fabulous hotel for 3 days, had such wonderful experience, really enjoyed its beautiful location near the beautiful grounds. the staff was very welcoming, always there to help. the room was quiet and attractive, not to mention views over garden from the window. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and i had a private bathroom. everything was simply spotless.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. The decor felt outdated, disappointing for the price we paid. There was only one kettle available for the entire hotel, and it was locked away after 8 PM. I felt that there was a lack of staff, which led to long waits for service at reception.

Cleanliness stood out with my Superior Room, with soft flooring in the bathroom that felt quite pleasant. The air-conditioning kept everything cool, especially during warm days, and the charming room had a lovely little balcony with a table for enjoying the evening breeze. I loved the beautiful garden with the inviting pool area. The evening check-in procedures felt a bit strict, with the reception closing at 8pm which left me anxious about accessing help if needed. The dinner options were quite limited, only having a single menu that didn't cater to my dietary preferences. I encountered some confusion with the locking mechanism on the balcony door.

The hotel is set in a fantastic spot with fine gardens and a lovely pool that my kids enjoyed. We had a relaxing time on the nice balcony while our baby napped. Free parking was a definite plus for our large family.

My wife says that it would be great if there was a kettle in each room for making tea in the morning.

Just a balanced option for a weekend pause in Roussillon with value for money. The outdoor pool was like velvet when I swam, a refreshing break.

Nice place with free parking, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, and a relaxing bar. On my first stay, the staff returned my forgotten earphones, showing their great hospitality. I highly recommend this oasis for a city break!
